The hardest part is deciding. We handle the rest.

Hundreds of clinics trust us to get it right.

Our process is simple, and built around you.

✓

We start onsite, assessing your current protocols and mapping exactly how our technology fits your workflow. From there, we design a custom implementation plan tailored to your practice.

✓

Next, we migrate your data and run a swift, thorough audit to ensure accuracy in the HouseRx system from day one. Our clinical team then leads hands-on, onsite training with your staff, getting you live, confident, and ready to go.

✓

And we don't disappear at go-live. We stay by your side well beyond launch, because we know switching pharmacy systems is important, not just a technical shift. Your patients deserve continuity, and your team deserves support.

We don't hand you a login and walk away. We partner with you.

Catch what needs attention: A script that hasn’t filled, a margin slipping, a case worth a second set of eyes.

Less manual work, fewer prescriptions slipping through the cracks, and more time for the cases that need your team’s attention. Your team reviews and decides. A pharmacist makes the clinical and coverage call, never the AI.

You'll never need to plan another upgrade.

New features show up on their own. Nothing to install, nothing to schedule, no server humming in a closet, no version your team is stuck a year behind on. Open your browser and the latest features are already there.

Common Questions

How long does implementation take?

Implementation timelines are customized to your practice's audit results. We assess current protocols first, then build a rollout plan around what we find — the goal is to get you live as soon as that plan allows.

What happens to our dispensing history?

We migrate your dispensing history with you. After the transfer, we run an audit to make sure the data populated correctly — so you don't start in a new system with gaps.

What systems do you migrate from?

QS/1, NRx, PioneerRx, BestRx, ComputerRx, and Liberty, to name a few — plus clinics starting a program from scratch.

Do we have to use House Rx pharmacy services to license the software?

No. The technology is not service-dependent — you can license the platform on its own. If you want a House Rx pharmacy team behind it, we offer that too.

Does House Rx integrate with our EHR?

Yes. We connect to any EHR. Integrations are built into the platform, so clinical detail already in your chart feeds Smart PA and your team works off the same picture.

House Rx is the only AI-powered platform is built for Oncology dispensing.
‍It’s time to move beyond your antiquated PMS!
