However, there may be circumstances where House Rx is unable to provide access or delete your Personal Information, such as where the information is subject to legal privilege, would violate the privacy of another individual, or it’s otherwise needed for auditing or other legal purposes. House Rx will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making changes to your Personal Information.

Some state privacy laws, including California’s CCPA, provide state residents with the right to opt-out of the “sale” and/or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary value and do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
